4. Job Postings and Services

  • Caregiver Job Applications: Caregivers can apply to job postings free of charge.
  • Employer Job Postings: Employers must purchase a job package to post jobs on the platform. We offer different packages, which are subject to the pricing indicated on our website.
  • Service Listings: Caregivers can list their services under the appropriate category. Employers can directly purchase these services after reviewing them.

5. Payments

  • Payments for job packages and service purchases will be processed through the WooCommerce payment gateway using PayPal and Stripe. By purchasing a job package or service, you agree to the specific terms of the payment provider used.
  • Refunds: Refunds for job postings or services purchased are subject to our refund policy, which may be updated from time to time. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding payments or refunds.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Caregivers: You agree that all information you provide on your profile, resume, and service listings is accurate and true. You are responsible for the content you post, and you must not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or services.
  • Employers: You agree that all job postings and information on your profile are accurate and legitimate. You must not post fraudulent or misleading jobs.

Both parties agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner that upholds the professional nature of the services provided.
